Elem Band/Elem Orch Spring Cncrt @ PHS cafe

The concert WILL be at PHS.   Reason it states "to be determined" is that the high school enters their own events on their calendar.   If we enter a high school location on the PALMS calendar there is a potential for a problem in the high school facility use scheduled.
